The 5 love languages 라는 책이 있어. 사람들이 주로 사용하는 사랑 언어를 5개로 분류 정리해 놓은 책임. 관계가 롱런하길 바란다면 나와 상대의 사랑 언어를 이해하고 조율해 가는 것이 중요하다는 것이 주 내용. 5개의 사랑 언어는 Words of affirmation Acts of service Receiving gifts Quality time Physical touch 본인의 주요 사랑 언어가 무엇인지 궁금하다면 홈페이지 가서 테스트 해봐. 테스트 후에 각각의 사랑 언어에 대한 설명도 간단히 나옴. 10분-15분 정도 걸리고 책 안 읽고도 할 수 있음. 참고로 영어임. http://www.5lovelanguages.com 여기 들어가자 마자 보이는 Learn your love language 보라색 버튼 누르면 테스트 시작 아래는 내 결과! 여기 각각 사랑 언어에 대한 설명도 나온다 참고 Interpreting and Using Your Profile Score: The highest score indicates your primary love language - how you really understand your partner’s expressions of love. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being there – with the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standby – makes your significant other feel truly special and loved. Physical touch fosters a sense of security and belonging in any relationship. - Receiving Gifts Don't mistake this love language for materialism; the receiver of gifts thrives on the love, thoughtfulness, and effort behind the gift. If you speak this language, the perfect gift or gesture shows that you are known, you are cared for, and you are prized above whatever was sacrificed to bring the gift to you. Anything you do to ease the burden of responsibilities weighing on an "Acts of Service" person will speak volumes. The words he or she most want to hear: "Let me do that for you." Laziness, broken commitments, and making more work for them tell speakers of this language their feelings don't matter. Finding ways to serve speaks volumes to the recipient of these acts. - Words of Affirmation Actions don't always speak louder than words.
